Some/most of the menus are not working, or will bring you in a "dead end" (means you'll need to reset the DS). With that menu you can, amongst other things, access the minigames, see the museum... The only problem is there doesn't seem to be any proper way to exit that menu.
Note that this is a "dirty hack". Maybe if someone finds how to enable the menu the right way, more options will be working.
Finally, the third menu (param edit) allows you to edit your chars/stats/items (however - unlike the other debug menus options, this menu is in japanese)... Use it in-game, then select a mini-game, exit it right away, and you'll return in-game. Press X to refresh the gfx, save, reboot the nds, and voila.
