there are two codes like "Bxxxxxx yyyyyyyy" In your codes.
If there is only one, I can understand that is "loads the 32bits value into the 'offset' "
but if used the "B" code twe times, what is the 'offset' in your code?
Is the 'offset' will be "value in '0x213803c' " + " value in '0x00000e8' " ?
Maybe the codes is loads "value in '0x213803c' " into th offset, and then loads "value in '0ffset+0xe8' " into th offset ?

I'm not sure , will you explain for me?

yes, it loads the 32bit word at 0x0213803C into the offset, then load 32bit word at offset+0xE8 to the offset, this is called POINTER to POINTER ;p

My brother tested this code out, he says the card symbol on the touch screen says x99, but his deck still runs out...is he doing something wrong?

just forget about this code, it needs to make the cards infinite by changing the actual cards ID, not the values. when i have time i'll give another look at this game. (or someone else i guess)
