Since Datel hacked infinite ammo for some weapons...I thought it would be cool if we had the weapons too? Moon Jump - Press B a4000130 ff7f0000 94000130 fffd0000 620D9904 00000000 B20D9904 00000000 000000AC 0000012f D2000000 00000000 note: to have normal jump press B and down. As with the GB Tomb Raider; take care to not go off the screen as the graphics are limited and you will end up in limbo or simply go too high and be killed upon coming down. |

Thanks for the codes, Macrox! Could you make the jump code so that Lara does not jump as high with each button press? I find that the fall from the moon jump is killing her! Other than that, the codes work great. Thanks again for hacking them. |

Right...see above. I toned it down but you still can rise to a point that if you fall down too far you die. This is simply because this game is using a signed 32 bit address for the moon jump which means that is monitoring the velocity. Velocity, recall from you basic Physics is a vector; a entity having magnitude and direction. It is the scalar componentl speed that has a limit; maximum value before the game determines the terminal speed would kill you. Infinite health will not save you. I have seen this many times before. I need to find the code that activates the breakpoint value that you die, and disable it. It would be a piece of cake if the TT had breakpoints instead of watchpoints. I will see what I can do... In the meantime...I suggest you do the following...you can press the b button as often as you like to ease Lara down, instead of just dropping her...ease her down, then you will not kill her Eidos had this same issue back in the Game Boy Color days with the moon jump putting Lara too high or in between walls. BTW...please try out the other codes and confirm their function. Thanks mac |

macrox wrote: ...It would be a piece of cake if the TT had breakpoints instead of watchpoints... Wait, the Trainer Toolkit DOES have watch points? How the hell do I use them? I've been needing to hack ASM without relying on an emulator and I would love to figure out how to do so with the TT. I didn't spend $50 on it with the intent of only using it for simple constant write codes. Edit: wait, you don't mean that crappy "watch location" do you? Because I need a thing to read off ASM to me. The TT's "Watched Locations" feature leaves much to be desired. |
