Where ?? is, replace with a value for time.
Note: Event will only process after the timer has expired.

A brief list of what this code can do:

* Teleport to any map.
* Call in game menus
* Call Shops
* Call Inns
* Begin Battles with any monster
* Initiate cut scenes
* Trigger events (Duh!)
* Crash your game.


Note: This code is by no means perfect; your game will crash often when using this code.
