Well if you get a game over screen and retry then he will talk faster but I want him to like talk really fast. And since there are no options to do that i will have to use action replay.

This code changes the number of characters displayed during each of the 'talk' routine execution.
It was one by default, this code sets it to 0xFF (=255). Of course, the game texts have less than 255 characters, so the whole text will just be displayed at once (and the display routine will stop as soon as '00' is encountered, so there will not be any gibberish on screen).

Didn't test it a lot, but there shouldn't any side effect...

This is not a really nice way to do it, anyway. With this code on, when you touch the screen, it'll 'emulate' a L+R+A button press.
That means when the talk is finished, just press anywhere on the screen to close the talk window (and not only in the arrow at the bottom of the screen).
That helps to skip talks faster...
