It'll freeze when fighting certain characters and rendered some codes useless. At least that's what the always no random code does to me.

err...When I used always no random battle code, it freezes when fighting Mom Bomb (tried a few times) and Yang in Baron. When I didn't use it, it didn't freeze. It could be the code's causing the problem it could be other codes. So, I can't say 100%.

Code:
Enable Metal Weapons in Dark Elf's cave (no magnetized)
220cc13f 00000000

You're right!
This will give both Cecil equipped with the Safety Travel Ability in the 5th Ability slot for people who doesn't want to use the all abilities or key items code
220D62B8 00000008
220D6478 00000008
You can use a button activator to trigger it ON (8) / OFF (0).

is that a boss? because how you're supposed to fight a monster if you have no random battle enabled?

There's also an item called Siren that automatically puts you into a battle with enemies of the dungeon you're in. :P

My bad.....

:P I stand uncorrected. So guess we got two that work.

The All items / All Keyitems codes does cause problems after all. There are total 64 KeyItems in the code, but the max number the game allow is about max 52 keyitems.

Yeah, I already said there were errors with it and the storyline related keyitems should be removed. Which would bring it down to around that number, I believe.

The key items code however can cause problems later in the game, just gotta remove the lines for the storyline-related ones and edit the slots value and you're set. I haven't done it, though. Cause I'm a lazy nub. :P

ok i just sped through the game and used Narin's new game+ code right as i made the new game, there is a problem with the code though, you wont be able to face the optional bosses for some reason, but when you do beat the game and restart again you will get goblin outfit and if you start a new game from there it will be new game ++ AKA the code works perfect its just that you still cant fight the optional bosses if its your first playthrough even if you put the new game + code on.

Where are the optional bosses and whom are they?

And the All Items code has over 200+ item codes in it, but the game only allows like 168.
Hey Hiei, any problems with your All Item codes on CB?

proto babil and geryon, you fight proto babil on the moon in the north area (i dont think you need new game+ for him, all you need is the dark matter item) and geryon in mount of ordeals after examining the tombstone.

i made a code that cleans your key item slots back to what it would be without hacks, credit goes to Narin since i used his item slot modifier code.

Push Start+Select for Key Items at End of Game
94000130 FFF30000
020D8284 00000005
020D8084 00012330
020D8088 00012331
020D808C 00012336
020D8090 00012337
020D8094 0001232D
D0000000 00000000

what this does is empties your key items and leaves you with just Baron's Key, Lugae's Key, Whisperweed, Luca's Necklace and a Dark Matter. Its a good code for those that used the augment code and have their key items area filled with augments that they cant do nothing with, the code works fine with me but if theres anything wrong just let me know.

Fixed. You forgot the "end if" line. If you don't have that line at the end of the code it will cause it to screw with other codes. Learned that myself the hard way. :)

Started a brand new game and it freeze when not using the no Random battle code. So, I guess it's the EXP combo codes like mburno said that' s play tricks.

Should be because when you start New Game + fresh with the code, you didn't carried anything over from the first quest, that's why you can't find the boss

Geryon, I can fix that. But, are you sure to fight proto babil all you need is dark matter?

Post game boss: Proto Babil
Gotta steal "dark matter" from final boss, then in a run through the new game+ gotta find the "face" on the moon; interact with it, select "dark matter" as the item and it'll put you in the battle.

Would posting the party modifier codes for JP version help you guys out? I can't seem to convert them, since I'm still quite new at this.

Also, is there a way to modify what weapons and armor characters are using? I think that would be fun set of codes.

Someone test this
Code:
Enable secret bosses
Geryon , Proto-Babil if you have Dark Matter
220cc192 00000001

Should work on New Game, New Game + or New Game ++

I don't see what good a party modifier does. Post the (J) here and people might be able to convert it.

I'm wondering if there is a way to "erase" abilities.
Well I guess if we could do that then we would also be able to add abilities directly to a character instead of getting augments.

You could unequip the ability, there's no need to erase it.
