Press L + R, and you get 467 Heart Scales. Then toss Heart Scales till you get the number for the move. Then hold L and use TM 17 (Protect), and it will teach the move you chose instead of Protect. TM 17 because almost every Pokemon can learn it.
EXAMPLE: Press L + R. Throw out 407 Heart Scales. You have 60. Got to TMs. Hold L and teach TM 17 to Blissey. Blissey will learn Fissure.

What version do you want. I have one where you do not encounter any at all (repel steps stay at 255), I have another where you do not encounter if you are running, but walking you will encounter.

Why do the following codes ( all Underground codes ) Don't activate whenever I go underground? Even though I press L + R at the same time, they still don't work. Does it have to do whenever I save the game before I go Underground to activate "Wireless Communications?" , which causes the code(s) to deactivate for the time being ( eg. I can't walk anywhere Underground even though the code works before and after I visit the Underground )?

Also, do the experience multipliers also multiply the EV gained, so I don't sacrifice that aspect? That's why I've been holding off on using it, so I can still EV train, and not miss out. So if the codes don't already, can someone mod them so it multiplies EV's too?

Looks like I am having problems with getting my new Shaymin to enter Sky Mode. Anyone else having a problem with the Platinum Shaymin not wanting to change modes?

EDIT: Never mind. No one said that you to use the Gracidea.

The Max/ALL pokeballs code does not seem to work. I've tried using it and the game won't save, it keeps saying Save Error. I have changed the activator to Select+Up and tried changing the quantity from 995 to 99 and it still won't let me save. Is anyone else having this problem? I'm using an updated Acekard 2i.

Then what card does accept it? I have used every other code and it works just those item codes work so i don't know why that would be. It seems to be just a bad code

can some one please convert the D/P heart scale move modifier code to work on platinum i would use the origional move modifier code but i cant manually input codes on my ARDS i can only use the code manager to get codes on my ARDS

You should update to the newest firmware, which I believe is 1.60. Then you should have no problem. But I agree, the heart scale version is nice, so we can avoid constantly updating the code. If anyone cares to make it, that'd be extremely helpful. In the meantime, I'm reading the EnHacklopedia to see if I can learn some stuff about hacking.
