Most likely not. However if someone actually sat down and took the time to find it, there is most likely a value that can be added to basic AR codes to convert them from European to American.

Not in this case as this game relies heavily on pointer codes.

There is an issue with that code. Items that you would normally gain, then lose arent done (like the door key in the 4th prologue.). So you end up stuck with an item in your bag that you cant drop, sell or store.
