Note: you move at the current max constant speed. so at the begining of the round, you should creep just slightly, but as you move, your maximum speed locks. mushrooms drasticly increse speed. also, you may end up playing alot of bumper karts with this one cause every time you hit a wall, you reverse at the same speed.
