Sure, hold on to an Apple II, to an Apple IIgs, even a Color Classic, but a Mac Classic II? No. |

Sure there's a fix! Don't listen to these 4chan virgins! http://www.wowomg.com/new/ It says it can be fixed with a simple ARM7 patch but you'll have to figure that out yourself. |

I used to use that method too, until I found out there was an R4 kernel update that fixes the newly released games. -Download http://r4ds.cn/download/1.18/English-1.18.rar to your desktop. -Open the .rar with 3rd party software, extract to desktop. -Copy/Paste the files INSIDE "English" to the root directory of your SD card. (Overwrite files if asked) -Put SD into R4 and test. Hopefully that should work. |

You mean just update the firmware? I already did. In April. When it came out... Besides, sonic wasn't release at the time, so there's no fixture for that game. |

Worked with all my games so far that newly released (IE: Kirby Super Star Ultra, Guitar Hero: On Tour, etc) Try this to patch your ROMs: 1. Download DSLazy: http://l33t.spod.org/ratx/DS/dslazy/dslazy.zip 2. Downoad the Arm7.bin file: See attachment 3. Extract DSLazy and start it. Browse and choose your .nds file. 4. Click NDS Unpack, you will get a new folder, called NDS_UNPACK or something like that. 5. Overwrite the arm7.bin in that folder with the one you downloaded. 6. Click NDS Packer, when prompted, choose filename and where to save the new .nds, have patience, this might take a moment. 7. Now put that file on your R4 and start it 8. Done, that's all.

Or just use YS Menu os the R4, it has better game compatibility so you virtually don't need to manually patch games and it also has better cheat support. Oh and the R4 team is oficially dead, they aren't working on anymore updates after 1,18. |

You didn't know that because you are out of the loop and don't visit choice sites like http://gbatemp.net/ to get all of your help on stupid topics like these. And yes TONS of people know about that already. R4 hasn't updated their kernel for a long, long time, and some people unlike you seem to notice and put 2 and 2 together. |
