I filled the "Manaphy event Code" (by Metal Overlord) in on the F2 screen, but it doesn't work! Can anybody tell me how using cheats on the no$gba work? (NOTE: Perhaps the cheat wasn't working because I don't have mystery gift)

No$gba's cheat function only takes cheats for the GBA line of cheat devices.

That's the hacking tool, I mean actually add them to the emulator (codes already hacked)...

Yes, you can use your cheats with Renegade 64 too.

Cheating -> Trainer/Patcher.

You can enter an activate your codes there.
