I am trying to play mario and luigi partners in time on the no$GBA and I get a message saying that the "Cartridge not Found" I have also tryed to play it on desmume and it doesnt work. Please help!!

You need to find the right save type. Try the different save type options in the options menu until one of the 5 or so works.
