This should go without saying, but it appears it needs to be said.
Also, ripped off from
here, etc.
If you have nothing to add, don't post.- Start a new topic only to request codes. Search for an existing thread; Nine-thousand threads for one game is AIDs.
Don't expect your request to be fulfilled.- A hacker might take your request, but there is no guarantee. Several thousand guarantees would be broken if this were the case. If you think that no-one has noticed your request because you haven't had a reply, take a look at the "Views" column on the topic listing. I bet that's proof that people have been looking at your topic, but don't care. Get over it.
Do not bump topics.- "Bumping", or reviving a topic, is the posting of a reply to a topic to put it back to the top of the list, to try to give it more attention. This does not work on any forums here, evar. Hackers who read the requests will probably have seen the topic first time around. I understand that it's disappointing if you don't get a reply, but the hackers have no obligation to reply to topics or hack your shitty code, and if you choose to bump a topic it won't change that.
Don't tell people how to request on the board.- If people are breaking these rules, the staff will decide how to deal with each matter. It is not the responsibility of the users to supervise people. Use the
report user button.
Failure to read/listen to this post will get you a warning, and by not reading this you hereby decree that you may be the laughing stock of the forums.
