Get us some good information on them, and we will consider it. Although it might not be necessary, since they appear to be just clones with nothing additional to offer.

I think a list of flashcarts with cheat support would work better than listing each individually.
More and more of these cards are getting firmware updates with cheat support. Having OVER 9000 flashcart entries would get redundant.

Yeah that's what I worried about.

Basically it's the same as an AR except for a few things.
(I took this from the R4 site)

6) Built in Action Replay cheat (put cheat.dat file under the_system_directory, it mayabe deleted if there is no Action Replay cheat requested;
7) Supports R4's cheat.dat and user's usrcheat.dat, and also supports upgrade individually;

It doesn't use.xml files but as said above it can open the files and then saves them under.dat file which can be edited by overwriting it.
Otherwise it really is just an AR for roms.
Ah well it is a better alternative to using dipstar which has wifi detection >.<

@Para: indeed, just clones. Their (M3/R4) AR code support is just a copy/paste of the original AR code handler...

If you really want to contribute anything to this project (which is completely up to you) then I only ask that you follow the guidelines, particularly the Legal section. Since all contributions will be made available under the Creative Commons Attribution Share-Alike License, you must be legally entitled to change any license or copyright (assuming there is one in use) on all documents and files contributed. So if someone else wrote some article or tutorial, make sure you have their permission to contribute it. Or better yet, let them contribute it themselves.

And because things will be made available under CC, chances are good that they will be modified over the course of EnHacklopedia's lifetime to meet the latest guidelines and standards. I just want to be sure that all authors are well aware of what it means to make their works Share-Alike.

Well based on what i can see from the Guides that are ending up in the EnHacklopedia u are fallowing the same rules we have also hooked in to The CMP Base witch is “Appending” Credit is givin to the Original Source It should be fine . With Permission.. Once I get back from holidays i will look into this a bit more .. I think Re working the Dump Book is something that might be interesting to add ..

Do though Clear Something for me ..
Text Credit still will have under it the actual makers name since it was Written by them..
or will it be were they Get thrown into the Mixing post and anyone can Say they wrote it :P
im thinking its more of the first one .. from what I read in one of your posts .. I will run this Buy the rest of the CMP Team as well .

all in all the more help to the Community .. the better ..
Face it we are all Different groups but were all the same Community.. :P

Taken from the guide .
"MAXConvert v0.6
Utitility for encrypting/decrypting and converting PS2 codes between formats"

Side note ..

New ver is 0.71 if Im remembering right 0.71 . has all Gameshark Decryption info ..
7 keys I believe, it was not needed to add the Encryption since GS handles Raw with encrypted code ..
http://www.codemasters-project.net/port ... php?view.6

u have the older ver of Maxconvert uploaded on the Doc

CB2crypt CodeBreaker PS2 code encryptor/decryptor. Works with versions up to v9.x.

CB10 is now out as well.

Credits are fairly up in the air still. The only thing we have setup so far are the individual page histories. We need to get a proper "Contributors" page up that will cover contributions more thoroughly, but there's always that.

Woah. Good to see Skiller here. Any PS2 guides/info you can contribute would be great. Do you happen to have complete code type lists for each device/version?

ARMAX code type are mainly the very same than the NGC (one of the changes being the PS2 ARMAX seems to be supporting different type of (m) code, but I never really looked into them because I don't know anything about the PS2).

I remember sending some infos to misfire about it, (when I was hacking it - almost 2 years ago), but I'm not sure if I posted them anywhere...

Edit : Of course, that means no Xor, Or and And code type. However, it'll be fairly easy to create some hacks to allow it...
Which reminds me I did some hacks for the NGC (memory copy, and, or, xor, remove address check...), so I might just port them... Someday...

Added Using Datel's Trainer Toolkit by dexter0.

The NDS now has all the information the ToC says it has.

Capture those screenshots at a lower resolution so they don't have to be resized at such a wide ratio. They are currently unreadable. (And no, we will not be making any images wider than approximately 640px. That first one is currently 750px, and I can't read any of the text.)

Done. My graphics card won't go any lower then 800x600 so I had to do a little scaling to meet Para's 640px mark. The text is still very readable.

That looks better. If you could upload the original 800x600, too, I'd appreciate it.

A local store has the Gameshark and Gameshark Pro for Game Boy. Need any information about them?

Damn, there's like no info there at all. But I can't see much I could contribute that someone with a ROM dump couldn't, maybe I'll ask if I can take photos though.

Also the GBC Codebreaker code type information is wrong. It didn't really use code types, it was just bbaaaa-vv (bank, address, value). It was capable of writing to any RAM bank, as well as patching ROM (given a bank and address, not Game Genie's check-value method). The manual mentioned not being able to modify SRAM but I don't recall if that applied to codes or just the RAM editor. (I may still have the manual somewhere too.)
The one special code it did support that I know of is 008000-01, which disabled the in-game trainer (meaning codes worked, but the button did nothing). Also, unlike Gameshark, its search functions would check FF80-FFFF as well, and the game wasn't restarted when you returned to it.

I don't know of any ROM dump ever being done. Despite being awesome this didn't seem to be a very popular device. I do have it and an N64 Transfer Pak though, so if I had info on using said Pak, I could try to dump it.

The 7th line (023FE074 E3520003) will also be affected by offset.
For that reason, I think it should be placed after the terminator (Type 0xD2).

The trainer toolkit is required to hack DS unless you have an XPort and a program written by Parasyte.
