Now it can output the hex in alignment for name mods (it'll output what you'd need to put for the right side of the code).

Well the = at the end was a giveaway that the you'd used base64 encoding. Once quick data: URI later I had some of what would appear to be the most incomprehensible leet-speak ever.
Part of that was: |\|0 $1|-|+ which I took to be "no shit".

Actually it is.

Your base64 thing looks pretty screwed up. For one, there's a + sign in it. I don't recall that being a legal base64 character. Either way, I got the same thing as the other guy did when I put it into a decoder.
