You don't have to find a copyright. It was published using the internet; rights automatically go to the author unless he explicitly states otherwise. I'm assuming he gave you the source code. I'd like to take a peek at it myself...did he say it was shareable between everyone, or did he just hand it over and not say another word? |

Well this thread is a year and 10 days old. Anyway I doubt anyone cares about hex editing it for another version as long as you didn't remove or change any credits. (BTW, modifying the interfaces of Windows binaries isn't that difficult, unless they're creating them entirely through code or using a library like GTK.) |
