i think there is something wrong with the joker creator (at least for CB)
the value at 04000130 (gba mode) is 3FF without any buttons pressed.
this is what the program uses just for "A"
D4000130 00400001
0 = If equal to YYYY < RIGHT
4 = If AND YYYY equal to 0000 < WRONG
it shoud be D4000130 000003FE
