I'm having some problems formatting my hard drive. I've tried everything I know and what a expert told me to. and never succeeded. Is there a way to format it besides installing windows (which I can't get to work too) or using the format command by right clicking in the C drive? I read how to use a DOS command to delete everything, but I'm afraid I can't installing a OS after it happens. On a side note, which is better, XP or Vista Ultimate? Since this is my first post, I hope I did it in the right place.
