(The nds file changed sizes when I repacked it, so the patcher wouldn't make a patch.)

Title: All in a day's work.
There is an awesome patcher called BSDiff that is capable of handling repacked NDS ROMs while creating tiny patch files. The only trouble is it takes a very powerful machine to create a patch file. (Expect it to take 30+ minutes on a 2GHz CPU with 1GB RAM.)
