Edit: Posted a code request in the wrong topic by accident. Sheesh, this is what happens when I'm running on only three hours of sleep and lose my bearings. I need my coffee! *smacks self*

That said: If there's a code to modify my Pokemon's "caught location" to "Hoenn" as well as one for "Kanto". A code to engage in random wild pokemon battles anywhere (I mean ANYWHERE), would be nice. Maybe hold or press one of the shoulder buttons to activate.

Replaces the normal keypad you use to type names with Japanese characters according to what buttons you press. The keys themselves won't change visually, but it still works.

Changing screens will reset the characters to the normal ones for that view.

The Japanese characters are arranged on the pad according to the following tables, which are based on the standard gojuuon table for Kana: (They look best when viewed using the font Arial Unicode MS):

Edit: These are US version codes, btw. I've tested the ones I wanted to use and they've worked exceptionally so far.

I think that Nintendo may have created a new version of Platinum, since my one friend's newer copy of Platinum isn't recognized by my Action Replay. (Although some codes still work for it, haven't done too much testing though)

My guess is that maybe they created the new version to fix various glitches, such as the Acid Rain glitch.

About the instant pokemon egg code. Is there a way to modify which ability your pokemon gets? I've been trying to get a female heracross with adamant nature and guts ability. But I keep getting one with the swarm ability. Is there anyway to fix this??

If you Hold L while entering the summary screen for a Pokemon, its stats will actually show its EVs. Also, the Exp Gained will change to show your SID. Once you leave the summary screen, it will go back to its normal stats and exp.
If you hold R while entering the summary screen, its stats will be changed to its IVs. Also, the ID number and Exp Gained will show the PID of the Pokemon. So, if the ID number shows 33374, and the Exp Points shows 63312, the ID is 3337463312.
The last one I don't use very often, but some might find it a lot more useful. Hold L+R when entering a Pokemon's summary, and the Exp Points will change to show the happiness (255 being the highest), and the stats will change to show the Pokemon's contest stats (I'm not sure what order they are in, as I don't really use this one).
I tested it and it works, and for all of them, your stats will change back once you leave the summary screen.

Would it be possible to tweak the Walk/Run anywhere code to be able to ride your bike anywhere as well? Id really like to be able to ride over some freakin water but its dumb that I cant! You can in Diamond and Pearl so why not Platinum?!

Enter the PC, and -if it's not already in there- put in a box the Pokemon you wanna clone. Make sure you have at least one free slot. Now go in the 'Move Pokemon' menu, press A on the Pokemon you wanna move, so the list of choice appear, and then put the cursor on 'move' (it should be there by default), press 'Select+Start' while pressing A to take the Pokemon, and while the Pokemon is 'in your hand', press R and then L (to refresh the box) and voila : your Pokemon will be cloned (it'll be in the box, and in the hand) (fyi, not refreshing the box and dropping the Pokemon somewhere and trying to take the cloned Pokemon WILL crash the game). Now that the box has been refreshed you can drop the Pokemon anywhere, and repeat the process as much you want.

Not sure, but I DO know there are codes that can help you with that.

The things you need to get a black card are: beat the elite four once, a filled national dex, one master rank super contest win, a platinum flag in your underground base, and 100 straight wins in the battle tower.

Basically, four codes I know of can help you with all but beating the elite four. Those can be found on Page 1. Only one code, the master rank win code, gave me crap. The R+Left code for the good Performance didn't work well for me. Worked once, then crapped out. There's another code that basically gives you master rank in all contests without having to enter or win those damned super contests. Good luck.

Before you ask, yes, I have a black card thanks to these.

Edit: Okay, I was wrong about some codes being on the first page. I got a few from this thread that helped out bunches. viewtopic.php?f=22&t=6596. Have fun.

Is there a code to get better stat increases when the pokemon level up? So instead of getting just an increase of 1 or 2 points to Attack, Defense, Sp. Atk, Sp. Def or Speed, you can get like 3, 4 or 5 points?
