Well, you did create that equip restriction lifted Code,so I thought you'd know how to fix it.And the problem is,every time I use the code to make it drop after a battle my game freezes. The code that makes it so you have 99 ???'s love in inventory doesn't work either.I can get 99 ???'s love, but using it on characters doesn't give them the augment.

Golbez Abilities (So you don't have to set his abilities)

220d176c 00000004 Black Magic
220d1770 00000005 Item

220D7A7C 0000000d
D2000000 00000000

all thats left is to fix four more problems
1. Stop him from going back to level 1
2. combine the sub codes into one code. (almost perfected)
3. Stop his Equipment from Vanishing.
4. His Commands reseting to nothing

Codes Combined So far. (only problem is I havent fixed his abilities and equipment vanishing)
020cccd4 020CE178
220CE178 00000001
220d1768 00000001

920D7A7C 0000000E
220D7A7C 0000000d
D2000000 00000000

Hmm...too bad it's not possible to give Golbez a proper sprite on screen and in the menus. By that I mean him having a sprite of his current self instead of the sprite of his younger self. I know it's not possible, but still it would be cool if it was.

Ya it would be but if you remember correctly you play as him in a flash back so that would be the playable sprite we will have to deal with

you can also use this code if you're using AR

Any chance of modding how many you get from the battle? Or do you just have to fight a certain number of battles to get the specific amount you want?

Interesting, I used D0000000 00000000 on my real ARDS and it worked just fine.

same here. regency difference? no... perhaps a date difference?

hey, i think my game grew immunity against codes... do these codes only work on the surface world? because i'm in the underworld, and none of the codes are working.. even those i used on this exact same game not but half a day ago.

Well I used the All Damage is Absorbed and it still worked in the Underworld. Even the Max Exp code worked too.

I'm not sure why they stopped working...although this has happened to me with Final Fantasy XII...tons of times. ¬.¬

this has happened to me in... gosh, at least 50 different games by now.. however, most amusingly.. they happen the most in Square games. like... Threads of Fate. I had a code for infinite money, so that i could buy up all the stat boosters i wanted from the shop in the alley. well, it worked for about 4 hours, then it just seemed to stop. it wasnt like a "start with maximum money" code, it didnt go down at all when i bought items. but then when i went to but a piece of armor, it went down. stuff happens to me a lot.

edit: i went and checked out the other codes i used for it(instant 9999 in minigames, purely for the costume.. i dont even use Whyt) those codes dont work anymore. no inf items codes work anymore.. i swear, it really does seem like my game has become immune to cheat codes.

No, D0000000 00000000 is an endif statement essentially. That would be used in a code that goes something like L+R+Up to turn off random battles, L+R+Down to turn them on again. That is a conditional branch that needs an endif to terminate each case. D2000000 00000000 is a full terminator code. It says that the code will stop editing certain addresses in the games code, and doesn't work with conditional branches. Does that clear it up?

Hi guys,
I have a question, I want to use the Walk Through Walls (World Map) Cheat for the AR, and I can't get it to work. Can you guys help me?

The code is:

Walk Through Walls (World Map) [HOLD B] (Better Use With No Random Battles, May Cause Game Bugs If Starting A Random Battle Where You're Not Supposed To Be.)
92116DAE 00004288
02116DB0 0000DD01
94000130 FFFD0000
02116DB0 00000000
D2000000 00000000

It's on Page 3.

Hi, I know I'm a bit late but I've tried Hiei's code for 100% Item mod, checked it about 3 times and still it doesn't seem to be working.
If it makes any difference I'm in the underworld using a siren to try and get the yellow tail, I press Select and Up during the fight with the dragon and nothing happens. I keep getting no items.
I'm using an EU copy of the game, but I'm using the proper game ID, my AR recognises the game, so I thought the codes would work. Can anybody help?

Hey, I was wondering if someone could give me the code to delete a character out of a party slot. Like, let's say I'm at the end of the game in the Lunar Subterrane and I want to have a party of just Kain.

020CCCD4 020CCFD8 220CCFD8 00000001

I know that this code puts him in the party. What variation of it will make the slot blank? I've tried altering the CFD8 parts of it with like 0000 or FFFF or etc. but those make the game freeze when I try to load a save file.

So, can anyone help, please? Thanks in advance.

These are for Action Replay. A cheating device. You know, something you buy and put in a Nintendo DS? Like Game Genie? Gameshark?

It's been a little over two weeks since I originally posed my question. I'd like it if someone can please provide me with the code. It shouldn't be too hard to do, should it? I'd be very thankful.

okay so i was using a hex editor to find golbez initial status and:

0x0699FFB7-0x0699FFBA is his CurHp/MaxHp (originally 7F0B7F0B)
0x0699FFBB-0x0699FFBC is his MP (originally 0D00)

since his stuff keeps defaulting after saving and then reloading a game i decided to try to make him default to a level 70 type status and default his equipment and assigned skillsets...
is this stuff located before or after the hp status?

however... i cannot find the location of where his assigned Level, Skill slots and equipment slots are.

I assumed all i had to do was search for 5 "Empty" items in a row but how many different versions of the "Empty" item are there? Can anyone tell me if there are other values for "Empty" besides 1770 and 1F40

Also.. has anyone considered creating a working Golbez out of another character by changing the assigned character graphics? I don't know if that's possible or not but i figured since you cant get certain characters back, you could use someone like "palom" who has a working black magic set, and turn his appearance and name into Golbez with code. but maybe its not possible.

That one won't work with my Supercard DSOne V3 for some reason ><

I'm able to use other codes jus fine though, like Slot 1 modifier, No Random Battles, Max Gil, 2x Walking Speed etc.

Attached is my save file.
